We are thrilled that you want to share your celebration with the BGW Community. At Our Discretion, we will post you on our social media sites, on this website and in our BGW Elevate Magazine. Please note, our posting policy allows only a member of the celebrating couple or authorized vendors to submit photos, videos, and articles. If you are a friend or family member of a special couple, please forward this submissions page link to them.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE SUBMITTING

If you do not follow these requirements, your submission will not be considered.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

The submission team will review 75-100 professional photography images for weddings and styled shoots. 25-50 images for Elopements & EnGAYgements. However, if you give us access to your gallery, we will review and select our favorites.

The BGW submission team would like hi-resolution professional photography images with NO branding/watermarks, and a mix of vertical and horizontal images. 

Note: We Do Not Accept Phone Camera Photos & Videos Shot By Friends & Family. We Review Professional Photos & Videos Only!

Here is list of things that we would like you to submit to be featured:

•Vertical/Horizontal images of the couple,(first look photos, pre-wedding photos aka(getting ready)

•Vertical/Horizontal images of the couple TOGETHER!!!,(Just the couple without the wedding parties...It's YOUR DAY, so we want to see you both enjoying it).

•Images of the wedding party, (groomsmen, grooms-maids, bridesmaids, flower girl, ring bearer, and pets)

•Vertical/Horizontal images of well-styled stationery, reception table decor with different views.

•Venue Shots an overall staging of the room with all the details.

•Paper goods like invitations, menu-chargers, bar signage, other wedding signage.

•Wedding Details, florals, custom aisle runner, and etc.

•EnGAYgements: Submit Creative & Stylish Proposal Photos & Videos, Make it interesting.

•Vertical/Horizontal images of the couple,(first look photos, pre-wedding photos aka(getting ready)

VERY IMPORTANT

Please make sure to upload high-quality, high-resolution, non-blurry, non-pixelated professionally shot photos (at least 1MB each), and high-quality video. (Photos or Videos shot with a phone) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
